A lining consists of brake pad and carrier plate:

The carrier plate is made of St-52 or fibreglass, reinforced with epoxy resin.
The slip coating consists of epoxy resin and different solid grease matter and braking additives.
The fibreglass enforced carrier plate provides very constant features together with the slip covering.
A certification is possible.
